"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"I met with Bill to receive an estimate to replace all the water lines in my house. I was very impressed right from the start with his honesty. His estimate was exactly what I expected it should be and I hired him without getting any further estimates. Bill arrived early on the date scheduled to begin the work with everything needed to complete the project. It took two days to complete the installation and I was only without water for part of the second day. He has a lot of experience doing a job like this and it was very apparent because he was able to do the job with only having to make openings in a couple of walls, which made me very happy. I can’t say enough about how beautiful his work was. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with his work. He is also a very personable man and I enjoyed the time he spent in my home. "Beautiful all the way through, including leaving us with specific directions for what to do when we leave for extended periods during cold weather.  Apparently we need to shut down the heater or it may break, and there is a specific procedure to follow.  The manufacturer doesn't tell you this until it is too late...  We would recommend Noel Enterprises for anyone with instant heat, and if you don't have instant heat, you should just invite them over.  Great guys & very knowledgable.

"I called Key Property Service, and they were able to come out the same day. I was given the price of $70 per hour with 1 hour being the minimum charge plus the cost of parts. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was curteous and professional. I was told that my cartdride needed replacing. While he was replacing the cartdride, he complained that the whole that was cut around the faucet piping was too small. He removed the old cardrige. A u shape pin held old cardrige in place, and he attempted to put pin back onto new cardrige. He dropped the pin behind the tub's wall. He told me that he had to get another pin because the pin holds the cartdride in place and without it, the faucet would shoot out of place. However, he didn't have a replacement on his truck. He had to leave to go pick up a replacement pin. My water was turned off for the job and remained off. He returned between 1 1/2 to 2 hours later.. He extended the size of the home and finished the repair. Everything worked properly. He gave me the invoice, and I questoned the charges because I knew the job was no more than 1 hour.. He changed me for an additional 1/2 for labor ($35( because he had to go drive and pick up the part. He felt that it was fair to charge me for half of the time it took him to get the pin. He didn't attempted to change me for the part. However, I don't think customer should be charged for errors that the service person makes. It wasn't my fault that he dropped pin behind tub's wall and didn't have a replacement on his truck. Anyway, I didn't put up a fuss about it because he completed the job, and it was competed the same day that I called."
