"I was disappointed on installation day because everything that was promised was not relayed to the installer. It was put in my contract that they would extend my gutter spouts but when the installer came, they did not about this and they had to go to the store for materials. There was also only one installer and it wasn’t a small job. Also, I was told that workers were employed and not contractors and this was a lie. I was also told that the policy was that the workers do not climb on the roof and yet, the installer was walking on my roof. And just like every other company, they jacked up the price and said that if I installed immediately, they would bring down the price. I found out after the job that I severely overpaid even with all the discounts they gave me. Just another sales company looking to make their quota. Overall, the product looks like it will work well but I still have to wait for our first fall/rain."

"If we could give this company more than 5 stars we would. Vincent initially inspected our gutters to install a leaf protection system. Upon inspection he pointed out issues that existed with the wood the gutters were attached, which needed addressed first. Besides this issue we also had gutters that were not catching water run off of the roof. He gave us an estimate to replace the wood, wrap the wood, install new gutters and install a leaf protection system on the gutters. Vincent kept us informed thoughout the job when other issues were discovered. He did the work for a very reasonable cost. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Vincent Home Improvements. We will be hiring him in the future for other projects."
