"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"Allen (and Jeff) were fantastic! The work was done with excellence and care and in a timely fashion! Multiple projects were required. Our dishwasher leaked and ruined the floors in our kitchen and dining room. With needing this work done we decided we might as well have all the little DIY projects my husband completed over the years corrected as well. Cabinet repair, electrical, HVAC, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, new flooring - LVP - on entire main floor of house (and entrance to family room), new trim and paint in kitchen, DR, LR and family room, repair ceiling of garage and paint and I'm sure I missed some. "We contacted him and he came out and gave us a great price. He started the work right away and got it done in a short amount of time. He did a wondreful job. He matched a the colors and railing of small deck off the bedroom to our new deck.  He made a couple of recommendations for our downstairs deck that made it look better than the one above it. He made suggestions for the upstairs deck that would improve its appearance. He did a small deck along the driveway and installed a railing system to make it easier to walk on. Johnathon recommended a decorative handrailing that his the ultiliity railing. We have gotten so many compliments on it and we love it! It is so easy to hold onto and get safely down the steps to the drive way."

"Roy was very helpful with the quotes and ordering. Which included, a new door, storm door as well as new deadbolts installed throughout. It was nice to have a company that did not feel the need to sell us a new door and suggested simply repairing the existing as it could be easier fixed. The order did take longer than anticipated to receive, and I had to follow-up with Roy on several occasions in order to get a status which was slightly disappointing. When it came scheduling, they were very busy and took several phone calls before I was finally able to reach the installer and get it scheduled. Slightly frustrating since i also work in the customer field I really expect a company to be on top of things like this. On the day of the install, the installer backed into our newly cut maple tree(and paid for) and took a few significant branches. I will say that they were kind in providing us with a discount for the trouble, but it was still frustrating all the same. I was originally quoted one day for the work to be completed, it ended up taking almost two days. Their quality of work with the door and all items was really great. The hardware was sturdy and everything was really nice quality."
