We walked the property and he was very knowlegable about what could and could not be done. He sat down with us in the house and gave a most excellent explanation of the process that goes into the planning and execution of such a project. He then gave us a date when he would get a written estimate to us with further detail. The estimate arrived as promised. It was clear and precise. Our available resources had to be devoted to a non-construction project and thus we were unable to continue further with the construction project. "Even although it was a Sunday they removed ceiling parts and replaced them in my office living room and kitchen areas, painted and matched things up its back looking as it was, cleaned up after themselves, and I would definitely use them again for any kind of replacement work, water damage, or indeed to take care of my painting needs.
