I've done my own plumbing on my house this last 20 some odd years and qm getting on am an old man now, I trusted Burris right off, it took some time as my house has pipes from 1908 everyone got along the job is perfect they even asked me to have the gas co come out and recheck. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Jose explained the features/answered my questions and gave me a very fair price. I definitely plan to call him for future needs. He's the best. "Wesley was fantastic! We were hoping to be able to extend the gas line from the fireplace to the stove but the piping was too small there to accommodate the stove we purchased. While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. We chose to do it the right way, not the 'cheap' way, pricing was still reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommended!!"
