We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"Plumbing Professionals was hired to install a sump pump do to water issues around the foundation. The sump pump has been placed and a portion of the pipe has been completed, waiting on the concrete before the job can be finished. Jason has also taken care of other plumbing issues at the house, and was kind enough to let me know that he found a main beam running under a cast iron tub had been cut to accommodate plumbing (previous job by a South Pasadena, CA company), which could be dangerous. Thank goodness for a helpful and honest company."
