"Since this remodeling was the first remodeling that we decided to do after a long time since we did our last remodeling that required to hire a contractor to do it. The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. We also wanted to do as many energy efficient features that will help us reducing the bills during time. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"They had come, they've done the job, we paid off and final, it's closed. They were prompt, very focused, got the job done, did a neat job, cleaned up well and I'd use them again. I think it went well. There was one minor material delayed that wasn't able to be produced as they had hoped but that is back about 2 days and they went and worked some place else. Their price was very competitive. It was the second most attractive contractor we were looking for but actually, we ended up making the decision not on price but on timing and duration of the job. They were very close and competitive."

"This review is specific to the Concord, CA office of AIPM. Wonderful experience on all levels. I needed a number of wasp nests and mud dauber nests removed from under the eaves of my 2 story home. I called AIPM at 9am - the receptionist was courteous and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for noon that same day and I was thrilled they could come out so quickly. Pavel S. arrived on time, was courteous, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. He reviewed the work, explaining exactly and in detail how he would remove the nests, and provided me with a quote. I thought it a bit pricey, but needed the wasps removed. Pavel explained that the increased cost related to that the difficulty of reaching the second story eaves. Pavel worked diligently and professionally to remove all traces of the wasps and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. But what really impressed me was the fact that Pavel provided a personal promise that if the wasps returned, he would come out a remove the nests at no charge. This level of customer service is truly amazing."

"Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. He called prior to arriving and upon arriving, walked me through all of the areas which needed work and thoroughly explained what he was going to do (termite and rodent work), how he was going to do it, why it needed to be done, and inquired if I had any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with his thoroughness. I subsequently referred PCT to other members of my family and fortunately, Ron also serviced their residences. My brother was equally impressed with the extensive work (termite and rodent work) performed by Ron and other PCT employees. With respect to my mother’s residence, when Ron completed his inspection prior to beginning work (rodent work) he told me that there was no work that needed to be done. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Sierraville, CA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
