"My kitchen sink was clogged (2nd time in two years) so I called a company that a good friend recommended. The technician tried clearing it from under the sink, from the roof, and again under the sink No luck. Can't fault his effort at all. Also very pleasant and informative. He said that a small jet hydro-jetting was needed. But the next available date they could do it was a week away. I paid him for an hour+ work with my problem unresolved. I was looking for other companies that did hydro-jetting and stumbled upon RRP. Joe said he didn't do jetting but he was positive he could fix my problem. I was skeptical, but he convinced me to give him a try. He was right ! He took a different approach to the problem and with a good deal of effort he cleared the line of 25 years of crud. Ugh ! ! He made an effort to not make a big mess and he mostly succeeded. What mess there was, he cleaned up. The whole process was completed in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend RRP to anyone."
