"Our home was inspected as part of the selling process. The inspector pointed out a possibble safety issue with one the beams of our deck, and we were required to hire a licensed contractor to evaluate it. We contacted Mr. James Sarazin, he looked at the deck and found no safety issues. I highly recommend his company. He was completely honest and didn't try to make us do unnecessary repairs to the deck just to make some money. If you need someone to give you an honest opinion or estimate on your project, Deck and Shed Pros is definitely the best company."

"The job turned out great. Very satisfying. Deck looks new!"

"I talked to many (I'm a bit embarrassed to say how many!) deck builders to get quotes on replacing my wooden deck with a composite deck from spring until early fall 2019. I was looking for a combination of the right price, outstanding customer service, and feeling confident that the contractor would do the job right. While there were a few other companies that engendered confidence and showed good customer service, I felt their prices were too high. One or two others had very good prices, but these were more along the lines of two guys with a pickup truck, without a company standing behind their work. Good thing I kept looking, because with DeckMasters, they hit it out of the park on all fronts. The guy who came out to scope out and estimate the job, David Loghin, was knowledgeable and was flexible in presenting options. For example, it was no problem for him that I wanted to keep my pergola. They would simply work around it. Plus, the price was right. And I’m talking thousands of dollars less than the competition. I knew a good deal when I saw one and after months of looking, I found the right company. Pavel, the onsite project manager, was extremely professional. They were very methodical in everything they did. The demo was done quickly, quietly, and left no mess behind. Construction went without a hitch. Pavel took great care to get it right, keeping me updated at major milestones along the way. The work was done and I don’t think I could be happier. If you are looking for a new deck, save yourself months of shopping around and call DeckMaster!"

"This is truly an amazing company! We recently hired Deck Builders, Inc to build a new deck and a 3-season room. We are very happy with the results! The team was professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the process. Randy Morgan started the project with us and provided design and conceptual ideas for the space, taking advantage of the natural light ultimately improving our original thoughts. Ricardo Anturiano and the work crews followed providing additional suggestions as the project unfolded to maximize utility/functionality yet keeping costs at a reasonable level. Ricardo, the owner was frequently on site and was available for any questions in person or by phone. Three things set Deck Builders, Inc apart from other builders and those we interviewed: 1. Attention to detail in all phases of our project especially in the design process, 2. Communication and schedule adherence throughout the project, 3. Reasonable cost and excellent build quality Deck Builders, Inc completed our project on time and within budget, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. The work crew were amazing in their skill and work ethic. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy construction company. Thank you, Deck Builders, Inc for doing such an amazing job! - Eileen and Tom C"

"After doing much research I hired John Krause Construction for a very large project: Sunroom addition, deck, patio, front hardscape and landscape with design of my entire house and yard! John came out personally and was very honest and his pricing was fair. They did an amazing job taking my vision and making it a reality. The crews were efficient and responsive. I will use them in the future."

"Twenty years ago Fence & Deck Connection installed a long fence (about 1,000 feet) around my backyard. Twenty years later five of the hundred or so vertical posts had rotted and were sagging, and I was worried they wouldn't last another winter. When I called Fence & Deck Connection to repair the fence, I didn't even remember that they provided a lifetime warranty on it. But of their own accord they reminded me of that fact and came out and did the needed repairs. It is very rare that I have ever used a product’s warranty and never have I used one twenty years after I made a purchase. Providing that warranty and then honoring it the way they did: That was amazing service!"

"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"I just want to let you all at Fence and Deck Connection know what a pleasure it was working with you. The entire experience was outstanding, from David King the salesperson to Tim Dennis the Project Manager to the amazing Crew/Artist that did the work! Absolutely Outstanding! I will refer Fence and Deck Connection to any family member or friends with confidence that they will be well taken care of!"

"Exceptional work! I hired FAMB Construction, LLC after interviewing quite a contractors (large and small companies) to replace my wood deck with Trex composite decking. Noel and Claudia are extremely professional from start to finish of the project and clearly communicated in detail what work was going to be done. Noel provided a variety of actual samples choose from and provided helpful details on how the project would be completed. My deck looks amazing and Noel even corrected some deck issues that were not within the scope of the project. I would highly recommend FAMB Construction for their high level craftmanship, professionalism, timeliness, and cost efficiency in completing my project. Truly a Five Star ***** contractor, no exaggeration."

"Homecraft Builders did an AMAZING job on our screened-in porch and we couldn't be happier! Their price was fair (right in the middle of the quotes I received from other companies) and Marc and his crew were really easy to work with. Throughout the course of the project, Marc kept us posted on expectations leading up to our start date and then stayed in constant communication with us during the construction phase. When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. Once the project started, they worked everyday (aside from weekends, of course) to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The screened-in porch turned out even better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the project. We're out there ALL THE TIME now and get tons of compliments from our neighbors. I'd definitely recommend using Homecraft Builders if you're looking to replace and/or add a new deck or screened-in porch to your backyard!"
