"I called Drain Pro Services and left a message for work needed to our house. Patrick called back immediately, gave me a quote and said he had an opening first thing the next day. He said he'd be at the house between 9a-10a and he was ringing the doorbell promptly at 9a. After snaking our tub he noticed some calcium build up in the toilet and scraped it clean for us. He didn't have to do it, he's a very thorough guy. ( On a side note, he recommended we use enzymes mixed with warm water periodically to eat away the build up. We were using liquid Drain-O which Patrick said is corrosive to the piping and mechanisms). Patrick also replaced our out-dated sump pump without any problem. He also looked at a shower for us too.
