"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Tri State Complete Home Repair and will be sure to use them again when I need additional work done."

"It went very well, Stephen Collier the sales rep was very nice. He knew exactly what we wanted done. The install team was great! They had it torn off in no time. We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."

"The roof had suffered substantial wind damage. I called Advantage Roofing and Tim came to do an estimate. He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. It was on time, done correctly, everything was cleaned up, and they were very careful around the landscaping. They even did a few tiny favors for me! I was so pleased with everyone involved. Their office staff is also fantastic! EVERY TIME I call, I am greeted with cheerful, welcoming voices. Tim and EVERYONE at his company truly appreciate their customers! I would DEFINETLY hire them again...I will be a life-long customer....and I will ALWAYS use them for my investment properties. "Jeff came over for an evaluation within a few days and provided an estimate within 2 weeks from the first call. He replaced three rotted wooden exterior panels with 1/4” rot free PVC sheets and added a trim to make them look even better than before. Microwave installation was straightforward. He was conscious about in keeping the kitchen clean."

"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."

"The Brewer crew takes the time to do the job better than it needs to be. They installed trim pieces and drip edges at the top and bottom of the paneling. The new deck is sturdier than the original and looks terrific."
