"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. "I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to work with this company. We signed a contract with TnT Roofing and Restoration to redo our roof on July 30 and it has not been done as of 10/7. We cut them a check of $7k for a down payment and they cashed it within an hour of us meeting with them. We have been the ones following up with them on a weekly basis, trying to see when they will be replacing our roof and they continue to say; two weeks, next week, end of the month… here we are 10 weeks later and no roof and internal water damage to our home. They are now not returning or answering our calls/ text."
