"Yes! You can believe what their commercials say "a new walk-in shower installed in just one day". Honestly, they did not pay us to say it either. We took the leap and decided to take out an old whirlpool garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. We did our research and West Shore Homes in Lexington was the best value and product for the money. They stand behind the workmanship and quality of their products. Payments options were many and easy. Sure we could have DIY but with an older home who knows what you would find and who needs the headache of unreliable sub-contractors and a botched job. Our installation team (Brad, Sam and Jacob) were on time, efficient, courteous and professional every step of the remodel process. They even cleaned up before they left! West Shore Homes in Lexington knows their stuff! We are so happy with with our new walk-in shower."

Professional, stellar work, always doing their best to keep the job site clean (drop clothes and carpet protection everywhere needed), great with recommendations. Master was a total re-do: shower, tile, plumbing and fixtures, tile surround on garden tub, vanity conversion from 1 sink to 2, heated floor and tile, new toilet. Add'l bath the same minus the vanity and heated floor. Set them up with half my 2 car garage and a spare room for tools and workspace and they were off and running. After they were done, shampoo the carpets, sweep out the garage and you'd never know they were here except for the modern, gorgeous bathrooms they left us. My wife and I did most of the design and purchased all the fixtures and tile. Jeff took care of the labor, supplies, heated floor and glass shower doors (installed by Ryan's Glass). He's booked out 3-4 months and I can see why. He is worth waiting for. You will be beyond happy with their work."

Bryan provided a written contract up front including details of work to be performed, materials that were included (or to be provided by me), and a payment schedule aligned over the course of the actual work. He and his team were prompt and polite. They kept a very neat work area even while demolishing walls. Our master bathroom project included the removal of a wall, addition of another and relocation of almost all plumbing in our master bath. They also removed a standard bathtub and replaced it with a custom built oversized tile shower. Bryan is very detailed in building the shower base and his tile work is very very good. His attention to detail was fantastic and we are exceptionally pleased with the finished product."

"Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs. He also noticed that our pressure relief tank, for the hot water heater, was hanging low and had water inside it. It needed to be replaced and he was able to do that job too. Highly recommend!"

"In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work.
