A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. "Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs. He also noticed that our pressure relief tank, for the hot water heater, was hanging low and had water inside it. It needed to be replaced and he was able to do that job too. Highly recommend!"

"In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work. It is hard to find an artisan these days who not only responds, but takes great pride in his work. Thank you Nathan! Randy"

"Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
