"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

"Our refrigerator started making a terrible noise on Saturday. We called Aviv and they did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. They gave us an option of coming out to take a look on Saturday or waiting until Monday to come with the part needed. We chose to wait until Monday. They called to confirm, they called to let us know when they would be here and the estimated price. They came when they said they would, did the repair, cleaned up and was gone in under half an hour. All this during the Covid-19 crisis. I would HIGHLY recommend their services."

"Washer Still in need of repairs same problem exits laud noise when spin rinse ,paid $40 for service call never Pysical took cover off washer machine to see what could be causing the problem (I believe it’s the suspension that bad)according to Google"

"Truly saved the day! I was literally *stood up* by another well-known repair vendor. These folks had a tech at my door 15-20 minutes after I called! Very friendly. Knew the dryer well and quick to diagnose the issue. Even spotted that the belt was damaged and offered to replace that too. Parts and labor fairly expensive but I expected that considering how these appliances are designed. Guarantee on parts and labor. He was out of here in less than an hour. I am giving these folks ALL my future appliance business!"

"Excellent service, They repaired my dryer the day I called. They were friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for more."

"I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs.  Within five minutes of calling, I received a return phone call, and Justin came out to meet me the same day to diagnose why our dryer wasn't heating properly.  He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, gave me all of my options for repair, and got the job done quickly.  These guys are courteous, professional, and they do exactly what they say they will do, and go above and beyond on customer service.  A++++
