"I called Mr. Pritchard, because I had just successfully hired a full time employee for my family business who is to start next week. Due to the recent expansion of my small business, I needed to do some very quick rearrangements to my current office situation. Part of that being the painting of the walls in two of my office’s rooms. I called Mr. Pritchard and explained what I needed to have done and the short time frame that I was working with. He explained that he already had something at the first of next week, but that he didn’t want to leave me in a bind. He said that he could come in Saturday morning (the next day) with a couple of guys and could get it knocked out for me in no time. He and his crew showed up the next morning as expected and got right to work. They knocked it out in just a few hours and cleaned up as if no one had even been there (in fact, I think he left the flooring cleaner than when he arrived). He and his team even offered to move the furniture back in the room for me and rearrange what I needed. But, I had to unfortunately decline, as I still had some figuring out on that front. I’ll tell you, he really did save me and I really can’t thank him enough. It is refreshing working with someone that operates with such professionalism in all his actions. I will definitely hire him again."

"I hired Lee Day and team to paint the interior of my 1900 sq ft. 10 year old house and all 21 doors in the house and the walls of the garage. This is a house I am preparing to sell and wanted to get this job started quickly. Lee was able to schedule the job within a week of my request although the rain may have helped since his crew could not work on exterior jobs with the rain. Never the less, they got the job done quickly and my realtor has informed me it looks beautiful. Lee was great to work with giving me a fair estimate and was always quick to respond with a text when I had questions. They also tore out and disposed of the carpeting as I am having it replaced and replaced a closet door. I recommend using Day's Home Improvement. Photos are prior to carpet installation"

"I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate on assessing a garage door problem. I was expecting the appointment to take place sometime next week, but Robert was here the same day just within in a few hours of calling. Robert called ahead before arriving to our home. He was timely, polite and assessed the problem within a few minutes. Robert started work immediately and had repairs completed in an amazingly short period of time. He also installed "quiet rollers" and I am very happy with the change. The garage door works like new and I could not be more satisfied. "The thing that struck me as most impressive about this contractor was his responsivness to my calls for help with my roof leak. While the 3-4 other subs I called put me in a queue for responding on their schedule, Mr Vanderheyden, the owner himself, came to my house and called on numerous occassions to insure that my roof got repaired quickly in spite of his very busy list of jobs following the 14" of rain we got from hurricane Juaquin, this season. The work was done on time, at budget and in a way that insured that I would not have any future problems. The focus on customer needs that this contractor demonstrates is rare, in my experience, and I was very impressed and would use him again as my first choice for any construction or repair needs that I might have. "Integrity management and subcontractors were extremely professional and executed all aspects of the project with attention to detail and quality of work. They took a small 70s era kitchen and made it beautiful and more efficient. They handled any issues that arose and were timely in completing each job. Don built lovely cabinets to my specs and BJ did excellent work with installs and getting the walls in shape. The contractors from Seven Seas Stone installed a gorgeous countertop.
