"Great customer service. Good communication with estimate and service time. Arrived on time and made repairs they said were needed for the price they quoted. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!"

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Lyle was very informative and had a lot of knowledge on my stove. In fact no one knew how to fix a Thermadore stove. Heâ s the only one who had knowledge of it. He explained it to and didnâ t charge me a penny!!!! Are you kidding me! Of course I will absolutely use him for all my appliances!!"

"Chris went above and beyond to resolve my issue and was able to get the landlord to repair the primary cause of my issue."

"This was a multiple week process on both the refridgerator and the stove. They had to come out 4 times for the refridgerator - a process of elimination but got it fixed. For the stove, they came out twice - the first replacement control panel was faulty. I was only charged for the original parts and labor. I will say this, Danny is a business owner determined to do the right thing for his customers. He is a very good detective in running down tough problems."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"
