"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"Scott came recommend from a friend and I have been using them for about a year now. Very prompt, reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a pool man or repairs. Most of all he gets my pool and jacuzzi clean every week even in good or bad weather."

"Bottom line: Our pool is completely re-plastered and looks GREAT. That was what we cared about when we went out looking for just the right company at the right price to do the job. We got 3 quotes and 2 of them were MUCH higher than Crystal Pool and Spa. The 3rd was basically the same price but what made us decide to go with CPS was their volume. They do this often and are really good at it. I saw the few complaints online, but I also realize that most people who are pleased don't spend the time to come back and write a glowing review. Our lives are too busy and as much as we want to, we forget. I also saw the great reviews for them on various sites and knew that they were legit. So now it came down to execution...and they were tremendous.
Their owner Shawn was absolutely fantastic. He kept us informed throughout the whole process on what to expect and the company checked in often to make sure everything was cool. From demolition to the replaster to the start-up and follow-up, Crystal Pool & Spa was fantastic. And FAST! The minor issues that we had were resolved immediately and they were SO nice with us, checking in with us every step of the way just to make sure everything was cool and making sure we were maintaining it correctly so that we could use our new looking pool as soon as possible. Their prices were so good we thought, "could this be too good to be true"...but it was all legit and we are so happy we made the choice. Not only did we save thousands of dollars (literally) by going with them, but our pool looks and feels fantastic. We have no leaks and are just starting to enjoy our pool and spa as it was meant to be used during these hot summer months. I highly recommend Crystal Pool Group (aka. Crystal Pool & Spa)!"

"Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."

"Amazing work. I interviewed several contractors before deciding to go with SoCal Landscaping Services -and it was the absolute best choice. Their customer service was so detailed and I felt confident in their services the whole way. They were excellent at communicating how long the work would take, and the resulting work was flawless! My backyard has been transformed into a gorgeous perfectly manicured green oasis, and I will definitely be using SoCal Landscaping Services the next time my space needs a makeover!"

"It was fantastic. They come once a week, G&G company did a really did a good job in cleaning the pool, their price was reasonable and they were very caring and conscientious."

After reading a not so good  review I had some apprehension in letting Steve  bid on my project. In retrospect I would have missed out greatly. From the inception he was not only personable and knowledgeable but was also candid in exploring cost effective options on the remodel of my pool. I had gotten half a dozen estimates and fallen in the trap of "what kind of budget are we looking at?". He came in 5K under the lowest bid worked timely and never played me. He left me with a beautiful pool my kids could not wait to enjoy. As projects of the caliber evolved one is always leery of the unforeseen additional cost for ???  that did not happen here he was true to our agreement. In fact he included upgrades at no additional cost. A welcomed relief when dealing with contractors. I recommend him without reservation.

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"This is the second time our pool was being serviced by Matt from TruBlue Cleer. Thus far, Matt has been thorough and punctual. Matt has maintained dialogue and even provided suggestions to make our pool better. To date, I would have to say Angie's List has hit a home run by using TruBlue Cleer. Our previous pool service did not provide this level of service and we have been happy with the pool service provided by TruBlue Cleer."

"I am extremely happy with the weekly gardening service that Ismael and his crew provide me. He listens to my requests and follows through. I've even hired him to do some extra work, beyond routine weekly lawn mowing, shrub and garden maintenance and I am always pleased with his work.  When I talked with him about converting my front yard to drought-tolerant landscaping, he gave me a excellent referral to a landscape architect that he has worked with in the past.
Ismael is the best gardener I have employed in 20 year...and that is saying a lot!
