After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

"I made the appointment two days ago and was promised a time slot of today between 11am to 1pm, with a call before arrival.  At 1030 am I received the call and 15 minutes later, the plumber (Josh) and his assistant (they were coming from a major repiping job, hence there were two of them) arrived and began work. Josh's assistant began work on the hose bib while Josh evaluated the faucet repair.  
Josh informed me that I might be able to get Moen to provide free parts by mail, but I told him I'd prefer to have him go ahead and replace the part now.  Fortunately, he had the part on his truck and proceeded to disassemble the faucet, replace the damaged cartridge, and put everything back together.  Josh worked quickly but carefully, and the repair was done in about 30 minutes.
The best words to describe the encounter:  thoroughly professional.
At my request, Josh also gave me useful details on their piping replacement services.  I will be requesting an estimate from them for a complete replacement of our house's 30-year-old galvanized piping with PEX tubing.
