Some highlights: 1) Mark's proposal was the most reasonable of the three we received. 2) Mark provided some design options and suggested we go to the local stone store to be sure we got what we wanted. "The work was completed as promised, but there are minor problems with both the walkway and steps. The curve of the walkway has places where the wooden concrete forms didn't match up, leaving ~1 inch corners sticking out instead of a smooth curve. The concrete front step doesn't completely fill the space against the house (a couple of gaps remain) so I worry that water could get in and eventually damage the step. Otherwise, the walkway looks good."
