"Grand Bay did a phenomenal job installing a new service panel in our home. The crew that they sent out were amazing. Not only did they install a new panel, sub panel and hot tub hook up, They also put in (6) GFI's and ceiling fan. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
