"In May of 2017 I hired Clarke’s Landscape Solutions to put in a new stone walkway and also put a stone covering on our front porch. Everything looked correct upon completion and was assured if there was any problem to just call. In May of 2018 stone tiles were coming loose and falling, I contacted Jon Clarke and he promptly came out and fixed the problem. This May I have the same problem. 6 tiles have come loose on the vertical wall and a critical tile on the porch, which had to be covered to insure no one got injured. I emailed Jon Clarke May and he responded that he was extremely busy and would come out as soon as he could. I then emailed him in June. No response. 2 more times in August. No response. Now, I’m looking for someone to fix his work. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!"
