"F.A.S.T. Property Services did a complete master bath remodeling project for us. At our first interview, Matthew Smith fully explained everything to us using terms we could easily understand. We asked Matthew many questions which he patiently and pleasantly answered. He even gave us helpful suggestions as to how the project could be improved-things we never even considered. This gave us confidence that Matthew was an experienced contractor who had done many projects like ours enough times to foresee and prevent the usual problems that customers can run into. Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smith’s tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12! "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I called Paul, an owner of G & J Home Remodeling, to talk about replacing roofing materials and replacing part of a shed on the back of the house.  Paul stopped that day and looked at the condition of the roof.  He said the shingles on the steepest part of the roof would not leak and didn't need to be replaced for several years.  The materials on the flat roof needed replacing, as did the shingles on the garage roof.
He sent two proposals:  a smaller one for the flat roof, garage, and shed, and a larger one that added the rest of the roof.  We were pleased that he provided these two options.  I doubt many contractors would be so forthcoming.
Paul didn't expect to be able to start the work until spring 2014, but he was able to do the job earlier, in fall 2013 (starting in October).  After part of the shed was removed, we decided to have a storm door installed on the rear.  Paul made a recommendation about what brand to buy, where to buy it, and when the door arrived at the store, he picked it up and had it installed.  The door turned out have good features and was of excellent quality and reasonably priced.
We asked Paul about having rain gutters installed and he recommended a company to do that job.  It was a seamless gutter company highly recommended on Angie's List.
There were a few small issues to fix and Paul saw to it that they were promptly attended to.
The workers employed by G & J were reliable and performed their jobs well.  They left the site clean when the job was completed.  We were very impressed with G & J Home Remodeling.  When the time comes to replace shingles on the rest of the roof, we plan to call Paul at G & J.

"Fine. Green Homes installed the furnace two years ago, and everything has gone well.

"Mack arrived right on time for the appointment to give me an estimate. He was the only roofing contractor (out of seven) who would give me a warranty for the repair. Mack suggested replacing the whole roof around the dormer rather than just the valleys. The other quotes were more expensive and they were for replacing the roofing in the valleys only and the work would not be warrantied. On the day the work was set to begin Mack and his crew arrived on time and went immediately to work. They did a complete tear off of the existing roofing material and in doing so Mack was able to discover the root cause of my leak. The previous roofers had installed some step flashing incorrectly. Mack also discovered that even though there was a ridge vent cap installed there was no opening at the ridge vent. Mack fixed this be cutting an opening at the ridge with no additional expense to me. Mack and his crew did a great job. They fixed my roof, cleaned up after the work was done and they were a pleasure to work with. Mack took pictures of the project along they way that he shared with me after he was done and that was really great."
