We picked out all of our own fixtures (sink, toilet, towel hooks, mirror, lights, tiles, paint, grout, etc.) and sent Rick copies of the receipts so he knew exactly what we were getting. This helped him provide an accurate estimate and plan accordingly. Since this is our only bathroom, having access restored quickly was a top priority. The toilet was only unavailable for 24 hours and the shower for just three days total--impressive given the scope of the work!
