"I had some lighting controllers which were old (previous homeowner had installed), that I wanted checked. Also, I needed the circuit breaker to hot tub checked. The controllers were no longer functional, so will budget to have them replaced in near future. Hot tub circuit breaker was fine, can now have someone come repair hot tub. The electricians were nice, helpful and professional."

"They arrived on time and ready to work. Be prepared for the up-sell. I was already interested in upgrading to LED lights however the original upsell of $85 per light was way too high. When I told the project manager, Tom, that was too much money, he called the office and got the "authorization" to offer at $65 which I accepted. (Note: conversation not in English, which I personally think is rude). 4 LED recessed lights for $455 was competitive when compared to other service providers on Angie's List. There were a total of 3 electricians who went right to work to install the lights and they were very efficient in completing the job.
The install of the additional GFCI outlets was more problematic. I had one existing outlet at the center of my bathroom vanity wall. I told Tom that I wanted that outlet eliminated so that I can patch and paint over it and 2 new outlets to be added, 1 at each corner of the vanity. Tom did not verify with me the exact location where I wanted outlets placed. Because of this, additional holes in my drywall wall were made. I want to note that Tom seemed upset that I did not take his advice to keep outlets where his original holes were made. This attitude seemed to be reflected in his subsequent work as he did not use the nice rectangular cut-out used for outlets, but instead hammered opened large drywall holes from first location. These extra holes ended up costing me an additional $50 in drywall repairs.
Since there was no vanity light installed at this time, (in middle of remodel), Tom asked me if I wanted the lines for the vanity light "capped-off", (sorry, not sure if correct electrical term). I said yes and told him I wanted to patch and paint over the vanity light lines. I asked him how I could do that with the large metal plate he had just placed and he got a hammer and slammed metal plate into the drywall and said "there you go". After the work was completed, I found out from my plaster guy that it is a violation of code to patch over "capped-off" electrical lines. I was amazed that a licensed electrician did not know or think to tell me that. My perception was that they were more interested in the up-sell and getting out as quick as possible.
I stopped payment on my check and requested a different electrician from Gils' Electric to come out to look at the work. His team followed the lines and told me the lines to this outlet run with the kitchen outlets and additional work including kitchen drywall demo would need to be done at an additional charge.in order to resolve. I chose to leave outlet as is at this time as I cannot afford the additional expense. I did ask that they deduct from the invoice the $25 fee I incurred when I stopped check payment pending resolution. He called office, (once again, conversation not in English), which refused. He said if he did allow, it would come out of his paycheck, (really? come on!). ( I paid invoice minus $25).
What I have learned: There are a lot of electricians out there. If you don't like their attitude, even after buying a Great Deal, send them on their way and look for somebody else. And make sure you write a review so you can help fellow consumers like myself!

"This company was great to work with. We were very pleased from the time that we sat down with Jay, who sold us our panels. Brian in the office was also very helpful as well as Chelsey whom we also had contact with. Our installers, were very professional and did a very clean job installing the panels. They went above and beyond working late hours just to finish up the install. We could not be more pleased. Thank you Solfusion!!!

"My past experience with contractors was not that good. me and my wife wanted to have our kitchen renovated. We spoke and asked several of our friends if they know anyone that is trustworthy. We got the information about Best builders group and we called and spoke to Zohar. Zohar was pleasant person to talk to and we asked him to come over and look at the current kitchen. Zohar came and saw the kitchen. He measured and set with us trying to figure out what we would like to do. The second meeting, Zohar came over with a 3D design of the new kitchen and with prices. The price that he gave us fits our budget and we were happy with what Zohar can give us for that price. The new kitchen that he did for us included all the appliances, Counter top, Mid size island and cabinets among new lights and outlets. The work that he did took close to a month and the workers did a great job! we were surprised with the quality of the work and how it came the same as in the digital design that he did or us."
