"The Tech gave me 3 options for repair work. When finished, he showed me all that had been done and he advised me that he repaired wiring that was incorrectly done in 1980."

"I had a few quotes, most of which were very high, when I contacted Todd. Todd was great at communication. While I had to chase the other bids and call them over and over, Todd actually contacted ME twice to make sure he got me a quote. He was fast, polite and courteous, and even fixed a broken cabinet in my kitchen for free while giving me a quote. That really sold it to me. :) Todd was excellent. He answered all of my questions, communicated quickly and clearly on scheduling. He also suggested that I try a new faucet to fix some water pressure issues with my kitchen sink, and boy was he right. It was like night and day! The install took only half a day, and it looks awesome. Everything went super quickly and smoothly, I almost can't believe how easily it all went. I would hire Todd again in an instant. I can't wait until I have money for another project!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Very prompt to respond, show up, submit quote and finish job. They also installed a new water heater. Very friendly and professional. Saved us money by using existing switches! Wonderful to work with and would definitely hire again and tell neighbors and friends to."

"Chad is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a list of the things I wanted done and he was able to fix them and answered my questions along the way. He communicated when he was going to be late or if he needed to reschedule, which I appreciated. I will 100% hire him in the future!"

"The AC/furnace unit was installed quickly and professionally. Totally satisfied."

"Had magic electric out to clean up some hanging wires in my basement that the previous owners did and install new lighting, outlets, and switches for my entire basement. I am happy with the quality of work and how they kept their work areas clean while working."

"Tenfold better than previous claims. The claims process was faster. Communication was exceptional compared to last time. The repair company assigned has a good reputation. The technicians seemed to know their way around my Trane unit. Neither the techs nor owner tried to upsell me repairs or products I didn't need."
