"We have had a Capital Oven with intermittent igniter issues for the past several months and called over to see if they can help get it back to working order before the Holiday cooking season. John C at A Action Appliance showed up in the time window provided, had the problem diagnosed/confirmed in approximately 10 minutes. He had the parts replaced and oven back in running order in less than an hour. He was nice, clearly communicated the problem and confirmed full price of repair before completing. Will use again in the future."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The service repairman was on time courteous and professional"

"Project: Repai or Service Wolf Commercial Range The response once I requested a quote was quick, literally minutes. They accommodated my work schedule and came on a Saturday even though that was outside their posted hours. However they said they would be there between 11:00 and 12:30 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, they weren't and didn't. I callled them at 1:00 and they did show by 1:30, diagnosed the issue performed a temporary fix for the agreed price, and went away to source what were believed to be the required parts. The di call as promised with the parts info. Overall they performed well, were courteous when on site, and the pricing was reasonable."

"When the machine that IO wanted repaired proved to be more of a job than I realized the technician explained to me that the repair was simply not cost effective and showed me exactly what the problem was. He then installed a second washer that I happened to have on hand."

"Ryan came during the window that we given. He performed the work on my bottom freezer of my refrigerator and charged a reasonable fee for his service. I would definitely call him again for any appliance problem I have in the future."

"Roland was great to work with. He was responsive to my request for a quote and came to our home for thorough review of the job. He gave a very fair price and was able to fit the repair in to his schedule very quickly. He did a great job and went beyond the original scope of the work to ensure our door/frame looked great. I would recommend Roland to anyone. Would definitely use again."
