I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

Months have passed, Robert has not given me any invoices or paperwork for the $17,000 of work he did here. I only have included owners/operation manuals included with the units themselves. I do not have proper paperwork for the High Efficiency tax credit program, costing me thousands of dollars. He fails to return calls & messages. If you still choose to deal with Brooks Heating, get everything in writing beforehand, hold back funds until all your work is completed. Don't let the 'nice guy' fool you too"
