"He has to follow up with me for the estimate because the weather has not been so good. He gave me an estimate for the whole roof but he said that he was not sure that I might only need a repair and that is what I am waiting for to see if he is going to come back. He was very honest. My wife and I both work and he came out when we were not home that is why I wanted him to come back when we are home so that I can show him some things. I just spoke with him on the phone and our interaction has been good. He is just so busy so I have to get him back out here. His estimate was very fair. I got an estimate from another person who is not on Angie's List and it was double his price. I am happy with him but he has not been back out and it has been a week and a half or almost two weeks already. Initially, I would grade his responsiveness and punctuality as 'A' but for the follow up, it would be incomplete. My contact with him has been great but he has not done any work yet. I would not use him again in the future until I see his work because it is really hard to evaluate him now."
