"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"It went great! I had a whole house renovation and there were several projects that I was able to utilize his company for. I originally hired him for drywall and paint but he ended up doing so many other things because frankly they are fast and fair. He did baseboards, trim, power washing demo, blown in insulation, sub floors, framing, etc. too numerous to get it all here. Bladimir and his crew show up when scheduled. Clean up when done. He is easy to work with and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely hire his company again."

"It started very well, we worked with Tara, she was very receptive to the changes that we made and was very accessible and flexible.We wanted initially to hire for full remodel, but their quote was too high ,so we decided to limit only to cabinets and install. We hired other companies and it was a smart decision . Then the installation came and unfortunately it was poor planning and what was very disappointing poor execution leaving us with significant gaps between the back of the cabinets toe kick and the cabinets.. nails trough the cabinets and misaligned doors When we alerted about it..we were told to hire someone else to fix that ..I must admit that the quartz company that did do very good job. But in regards with the cabinets installation no supervision and very poor craftsmanship. So we ended up with having to repair what should have been planned and executed well initially."

Patty is very professional in handling the calls to schedule appointments and answered all of my questions. Gary was very direct and honest when he looked at the problems and recommended repairs. Monday morning - 7:30 arrived, and eight painters ... that's right, eight (8) painters arrived and quickly got to work.  They completed the office, powder room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom the first day, leaving after 3:00.    Each room got two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration Matte Finish Paint.  In addition to wall preparation, there were some minor repairs (caulking and sanding) to assure a good looking job.   The painters were conscientious and professional.  With the number of painters, each had an assigned job, i.e. taping, cutting in, rolling, etc.  The work was done efficiently with a job manager on hand to call for work breaks and to answer questions.

At 7:30 on Tuesday, four painters returned and finished the foyer, the dining room, living room, the hallway and the garage.
Later in the day, more painters arrived and helped to complete the entire job by 3:15!   So, the job was completed in two days instead of three. 
On both days, the painters were courteous, friendly and cleaned up.  We are very happy with the work done and feel fortunate to have met Nick and his crew of painters.  We will definitely call Ultimate Custom Painting again.  Thanks guys!
