Bob and his team worked very efficiently and professionally. And were always friendly and gave me great  instructions and information during and after the semi remodel.   The start of the project began with the electrician who installed the new vent/light for the shower and also corrected the electricity for an outlet(that was extra), Bob and his team then came in to do the tear out of the water damaged walls surrounding the tub down to the studs. The plumber was then scheduled to install the new anti scald plumbing after which the crew was back to refinish the tub from pink to white and then install new insulation, waterproof drywall and the new tub surround. I did purchase a new vanity and lighting for the bathroom which Bob picked up the vanity for me from Lowe's.  The last detail was his tile crew did a great job refitting the bathroom tile to meet the new tub surround.  My home was never left a mess, everyday they cleaned up after themselves and were usually always on time. This all took approximately 5 days. I am very happy with the results.

"The installation only took three days and looks great. We went with white to keep the house cooler since our main living area is south facing. "Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"Mike, Alan and the entire crew were very professional and did an excellent job. This project was a Storm damage restoration and remodeling of a 10x 20 feet workshop on my detached garage. A large tree had fallen and crushed the roof and damaged the walls of the shop. It included removing all equipment and storage from the workshop, demolition of the roof and 3 walls, building new walls, framing of the roof over the shop, replacing damaged roof sheathing on the main garage. Also, the entire garage roofing was replaced. 30 x 25 feet. Additionally, a new window was installed and new siding on the shop area as well. The new roof was built with an overhang facia and soffit. A custom workbench was built as well as floor mounted cabinets and a laminate countertop. My small lathe and drill press were remounted on the new workbench. All work was top notch. The workshop also had to be totally rewired with ample receptacles and lighting and a ceiling mounted space heater. Great job and I am pleased and highly recommend Richardson Contracting. Besides doing a great job on the garage workshop, Mike and Alan were extremely helpful in getting the insurance company to cover the cost of the restoration work."

"The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems."

He offered a very good price that was almost half the price of other estimates that I received. His workers were very professional, personable, and did a superb job from start to finish. "I bought this as a package of f "The Big Deal".  My biggest problem was a gap under the front door at my rental property.   My tenant told me that this is much better.  For many of my windows, they told me they were too old and would have to be replaced which is probably legitimate.  They sent me a quote which I considered on the high side from past experience so I did not use them for that.  They were prompt and professional.
