"I don't know how to answer this question except to say everything went very smoothly and was completed according to my wishes.  The men who did the work were very accommodating and personable, as was the owner of the company.  They explained it all to me as it went along and answered every question I had to my satisfaction.  I liked the idea that all of the old cabinets were donated to Habitat  for Humanity to be reused for someone who needed them.
I love my new island with all the cabinetry  it holds.  My only regret is that I picked out a laminate countertop instead of granite to save money.  I am thinking I will call Steve and ask him to replace the countertops with granite that I should have chosen in the first place.  "

"It went great! I had a whole house renovation and there were several projects that I was able to utilize his company for. I originally hired him for drywall and paint but he ended up doing so many other things because frankly they are fast and fair. He did baseboards, trim, power washing demo, blown in insulation, sub floors, framing, etc. too numerous to get it all here. Bladimir and his crew show up when scheduled. Clean up when done. He is easy to work with and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely hire his company again."

"Had a problem with one GFI plug in lower level, when it tripped it took out the power in all four bathrooms as well as garage. We called Ray late Friday afternoon. Saturday morning he returned call. He took the time to explain what he could do and quoted his cost. 30 minutes later he was at our door. 2 hours later he was finished and we no longer have a problem. In this day and age it is very refreshing to have a tradesman respond to a call as quickly as Ray did and have the work completed in a professional manor. When Ray was finished he double checked all he had done and explained in terms that I could understand. That was certainly appreciated. The year warranty was cream on top. I would recommend his services to anybody and have already recommended him to my brother in law for a ceiling fan install.

"Mark responded promptly to my initial call.  He took my information and quickly gave me a rate estimate.  As we went further into the process, he found an issue with my income that would prevent me from successfully refinancing.  He stopped the process at that point.
Another mortgage broker actually saw my tax returns and did not come to the same conclusion as Mark.  This other broker was ready to charge me ~$500 for an appraisal until I pointed out the income problem.
Mark performed his job with a sense of responsibility. In the end, it probably prevented me from losing $500.
