"The owner came out, walked around my house and inspected the roof . Gave me a written estimate ,told me exactly what he was going to do. They came out and turned out that I needed new plywood on half the roof. 40 new sheets. I was very upset. Eddie, the owner was very understanding and gave me a reasonable price below what the contract called for. They finished the work in one day.
