"I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!"

"I can highly recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions! They were professional during the entire process. They provided quality service and were punctual for both the estimate and repair. We had a lot to fix, and it was an overall good value. They offer a discount for multiple projects on the same ticket, this discount helped a ton! In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck. We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running. Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing. They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet again!
