Office staff were very attentive, responded quickly to questions, took responsibility for issues until the job was done (even after we had paid in full). On-site staff were friendly, efficient, got the job done quickly and well. "The tile in bathroom shower had a thick coating (scum) on the bottom that I was unable to remove.  Also some of the tiles were cracked and needed new grout placed between them. He removed several of the tiles on the floor along the seam where water had gotten beneath and did necessary repair.  He was meticulous with the quality of his work and did not take breaks.  He was punctual and very responsive to any questions or suggestions.  He also applied grout along the back of my kitchen counter where it had loosened and where it met the backsplash.  He worked nonstop for a day and a half and charged only $375.00 for the shower restoration (looks like a new shower) and $40.00 for the kitchen work.  He was aIways professional and I  definitely would use him again in the future.
