He explained all options, took his time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and the costs associated with the job. We decided to go with Dennis at 5:00 on a Tuesday. They were on site Wednesday morning and had the job completed (tankless water heater install with LP hookup) the same day. They even stayed over to explain the settings, operation and maintenance requirements of the new unit, and walked through the warranty as well. Work site was left better than when they started. They even corrected an issue with my crawl space de-humidifier without prompting. "I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace.
