He explained all options, took his time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and the costs associated with the job. We decided to go with Dennis at 5:00 on a Tuesday. They were on site Wednesday morning and had the job completed (tankless water heater install with LP hookup) the same day. They even stayed over to explain the settings, operation and maintenance requirements of the new unit, and walked through the warranty as well. Work site was left better than when they started. They even corrected an issue with my crawl space de-humidifier without prompting. Being in the customer service business myself, I would want nothing less from my employees than what Dennis and son provided. 8 out of 5 stars given."
