"Flavio was exceptionally timely and exact in his work. He swiftly and expertly enclosed my pergola so that I could use it as an office space year round. I will call him again for my future projects."

"Top notch quality and professionalism. Would highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer for future projects. This project was a deck addition up to a pool and it looks and functions fantastic!"

"We recommend, without hesitation, Tom Lopatosky and all of those from LOPCO Contracting who worked on the transformative exterior revival of our recently purchased East Side home. When determining which contractor to go with, there were three things integral to our choice - ease, quality and value. As the job required not only paint, but also moderate carpentry work and a new seamless gutter system; we frankly did not want to be coordinating with two or three contractors' schedules, etc. LOPCO Contracting addressed all items for the house, making the process so much easier. The balance between quality and value can be quantified in many ways, especially when quotes vary so wildly. Quite simply, we felt as though the job was worth every dollar spent - and we're both quite particular. And while not something we initially considered, we felt it worth mentioning that all those who we worked with are great guys - a sentiment also shared by our 22-month-old daughter (the greatest of all tests). In summation, LOPCO Contracting was everything one could ask for - competent, consultative, thorough and trustworthy."

"Mario provided amazing service. He called me two minutes after I reached out and was able to help us on a very tight timeline. He provided consultation services and we ended up choosing colors we absolutely love, that all work together. He is a hard worker and incredibly skilled. We’ve already planned out several other projects that we will reach out to him about in the short and long term!"

"Poured 12 yards of concrete. Very Professional. Communication was excellent. Prompt. No contract. All over email. Concrete truck did minor damage to driveway. Damage was told to me by KFG and they repaired it."

"She revamped my sons nursery to exactly what I wanted his "big boy" rustic/woodland theme! Absolutely amazing and couldn't be happier. Half the price I was expecting and the attention to detail was amazing. My son is Autistic and very particular about his room and he loves it! She took the time to understand what was needed for him! This mama and son couldn't be happier with the outcome."

"Colonial Restorations was superb.   Our family very much enjoyed working with Brad Green and Tom Green.

At the outset, they made thorough assessments of our family's barn, identifying several problem areas and offering multiple proposals for how best to address each (including strategies and estimates).  They walked through the different proposals with us, addressing all questions and discussing different options.  This was extremely constructive and important to the process.

They demonstrated very clear understanding of post-and-beam wood construction.  They displayed great expertise in working with wood (white oak, red oak, hemlock) and with the tools, jacks and cribbing needed for this work.  They worked carefully, always putting in place the necessary jacks and cribbing in advance of each phase of this project.

They were clear about their schedule and were very responsible about communicating with us.  If there were a day that they would not be on site, they let us know ahead of time.  With the exception of a snow storm and an illness, they were on site five days a week from the first week in January till the second week in February, 2016.

By the completion of this project, Colonial Restorations had made significant and important structural repairs to our barn.  This work was done with care, craft, accuracy, and to code.  (All elements of this project were examined and passed by the building inspector.)  Most important, these repairs respected and worked with the existing structure and materials of the barn.

We could not be happier with these repairs or with the work done by Colonial Restorations.  It was a pleasure working with Brad and Tom."

"It went very well.  William Arena is a thoughtful, ethical man who gives great value for the price.  He was always on time, or called when he couldn't make it.  The job was completed in a timely manner, and I was very pleased with the work he did.  We are planning to have him paint the front of the building before fall.
