"Aaron and Dalton from Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair were out to perform our annual service visit for our dehumidifier. Both were very friendly and professional. They found some issues with the drainage that we were unaware of and corrected those as part of our annual service. We have had other services performed by Bay and the work was always well done and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their services."

"So very pleased! After getting multiple estimates from other foundation companies in the area, I could not be happier choosing Virginia Foundation Solutions. The attention to detail and professionalism was above and beyond their competitors and my expectations. From my initial consultation with the sales rep, to the crew installing the work, it could not have gone smoother. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they made sure the work was done with accuracy! I highly recommend VFS to anyone in need of foundation repairs!!"

"We were very satisfied with the foundation work that was done for us. Their customer service from start to finish was awesome! Chris Migani did our initial inspection. He was knowledgeable & explained our problem & the process they would use to do the repairs ,completely. It was very important to him that we understood completely. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time. He was available to us at all times. We felt like we had gained a friend! Ludy & the White team were awesome! They called us when they were on the way everyday & arrived on time. We couldn't have asked for better workers! They worked consistently even though we had some very hot days! They seemed to enjoy their job & worked well together as a team. I I don't want to forget the office staff! They, as well ,were very professional & helpful. We would not hesitate to refer any of our family or friends to Virginia Foundation Solutions. We appreciate you!"

"Bert from Hampton Roads Irrigation was excellent to work with. Every detail was discussed and his crew was very professional and worked tirelessly to complete my irrigation system install. When installation was complete, system operation was clearly and completely explained and they thoroughly cleaned up my yard of debris related to their work."

"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"Belletto and I had some issues, with the work their tile person did.  However, the company has fixed and resolved every issue I have raised with them.  The issues are listed below, and I have to commend Belletto for resolving every issue I have come to them with.  I wish my experience would have seen less issues, but overall, my bathroom floors look great.

Our interaction with Belletto started with the work beginning 4 weeks after I purchased an Angieslist deal for the tile.  Dan did come a week or so to look at the job and quoted us another 350 to do the other bathroom because we wanted the tile under the cabinet in both bathrooms.  So, the cabinet had to be removed.  When work started, the installer didn't remove the cabinet and tiled around it instead.  Belletto had to have him pull it all up and restart the job.  The installer never did remove any of the trim in the first bathroom, but instead tiled up against it.  When he was done with this bathroom, we noticed damage to our tub from him putting the toilet in it.  The owner, Dan, did pay to have this repaired.  The second bathroom went a bit smoother but still wasn't without issues.  The installer put the vanity back and used a rubber coupling to connect the drain together rather than rebuilding the drain.  I went back through and replumbed the drain.  The tile around the toilet valve looks horrible.  We had issues with the way the installer cut the carpet, and Belletto had to send a separate guy out to repair the carpet.  We noticed cracks in the grout within one day in the second bathroom.  Every one of these issues has been resolved to my satisfaction my the company.  The overall experience wasn't perfect, and that is why I haven't given them and A.  However, they did resolve the issues.

"After being told by a number of workers (i.e. electrician and Verizon guy) that it felt really cold under our house, we purchased the Angie's List promotion for an air duct inspection thinking we only needed a few patches. I was able to schedule the inspection for that same week and as it turns out, we needed our entire air duct system replaced. The ducts were damaged and laying on the ground under our house. They'd also (apparently) been invaded by rodents and/or snakes. Fun! The inspector gave a quote right then and there and scheduled the job to start the next day. He said it would most likely take 4 days to complete and we'd be without air conditioning for one day while they sanitized the crawl space. The guys from ADC got started the next morning and in just two short days, we were all set! The workers were polite and professional the entire time they were at our home. They sent pictures of the work when it was fully installed. Overall, we are happy with the speed of the service and their professionalism from start to finish."
