"Marty Milner restored the shower in our master bathroom. A previous owner has applied a latex grout on top of the stone grout. , and it was starting to peel. Marty painstakingly stripped out the latex grout, cleaned and repaired the underlying stone grout, applied sealer and caulked the corners. He worked hard and completed the work in about 8 hours, divided between two days. This kind of work is not inexpensive (given the time involved), but we believe it to be a good investment."

"They came in a did a greedy job, but when the tile and grout dried up, we noticed that the grout was not cleaned in a few spots. I called them the next day and they can back a day later and did the spots they missed. They apologized for the inconvenience, but they did a great job."

"The cleaning was great. There was not a stain left at all."

"Everything went well. Carpets cleaned. Arrived on schedule."

"We just had our house cleaned by Chantelle & Keshara. They did an excellent job!! I would defiantly hire them again they were delightful. Thank you so much, it was good coming home to a clean house."

"They came out. They could not clean my tile because they could not remove the sealant.  I did not understand why because my husband and I did it before. It was very labor extensive. They really tried and I watched them. They were really disappointed that they could not remove the sealant. They did offer to return in a couple of days with a different product but it would be an additional charge. The man said he would provide a quote within twenty four hours. Three weeks later, I had to follow up. I did not use this company for the work. I had my deal reimbursed."

"Every once in a while you come across a contractor that steps beyond the boundaries of normal service and provides an experience that leaves the customer feeling that they not only received their money's worth, but also that they were dealing with someone they could trust with their future needs. Florescent Shine is such a contractor. Lamont Hicks not only provided the initial service we requested, but went above and beyond to insure the job was done to our satisfaction. If asked to describe the service in so many words I would have to say, honest, professional, personable, reliable and determined. The pet odor was embedded in our downstairs carpet and Mr. Hicks stayed until late in the evening to perform additional cleaning and deodorizing to insure the odor would not return, which it hasn't. Amazing service. I recommend this company very highly for all of your cleaning needs. You won't be disappointed! E. Grindstaff"

"Treated myself to a Big Deal for $99 (6 hrs of cleaning, or 3hrs with 2 people). This is the 2nd time I’ve had someone clean my house, the previous time was also an Angie’s List Big Deal, about 2 years ago. I was so pleased with their services. Paula and her co-worker worked diligently and left my house sparkling. I have a split level home, about 1,500 square feet, occupied by 4 adults and a furry dog. When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room. It was so wonderful to have this taken care of before the holiday season."

"I called Servpro of Chesapeake and they were very prompt. They immediately started to remove the water with extraction and setting up drying equipment."
