"Excellent experience.  Gary and his crew were very responsive.  Came out to give an estimate the day after I called him and provided an estimate much lower than the other lining company I had contacted.  He showed me the problem in my sewer with his sewer cam and explained exactly how he would install the lining.  He also showed me a sample of the lining material and the warranty they provide with their work.  He was out the following week exactly on schedule.  His crew was very professional and all very nice guys.  They conducted all the work exactly as explained beforehand and had all the repairs/lining installed exactly on schedule.  He also lined up all the the follow up inspections required by the municipality and county and was present for the inspections.  All in all I think he and his crew did an excellent job and got us through our problem without any surprises and at a very reasonable price.  I would definitely recommend AK Pipe Lining Co. to anyone needing sewer repairs.

He quickly repaired the short term problem of a clogged drain and gave me good advice on what repairs that will need to be done in the future. My only surprise was that there was a $100 fee added because I had used an acid drain clearing product. I found the rationale that their snake would be damaged plausible. "I was assured an appointment for diagnosis of a problem with my washing machine for specific day & timeframe that accommodated Serviz as my schedule was flexible. I was contacted the day of appointment by email stating there were no pros available in my area but they were working on it. While waiting I received a call from Serviz saying the carpet cleaning service is on its way. I explained I was having an appliance repaired. They verified my name & address as showed I requested my carpet to be cleaned. Shortly thereafter dispatch called back to say they were able to find someone who did arrive on time leaving me curious about the quality & experience of tech. An inexpensive part (lid switch) for washing machine was needed. Took tech 10 minutes to diagnose and replace. Charged $190 which included a 10% discount. My brother who lives in another state who also owns & operates an appliance sales & repair business told me he would have only charged $92.50 and felt the Serviz charge was too high. The customer service department, dispatch and tech were very professional. I will reconsider whether or not to use Serviz because of the cost. As a consumer I am willing to pay a fair price for the value I am getting but do not appreciate paying more than us reasonable."
