"I interviewed several contractors for my addition and addition and I chose Andrew because I felt like he was straightforward with the project and the risks that come with a remodel of an 80 year old house along with the primary suite addition. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours. Once we were out on contract, Andrew helped push permits through county and kept us informed on what we could expect for duration and timing of the project. Once the work began, Andrew and his right hand man Rod worked efficiently and coordinated the project beautifully to minimize the amount of time that we were displaced from our home. The work in 98391 is on my rental home. I was so pleased with his work last summer that I hired him to the whole rental house this winter. The thing I particularly appreciated was that he reimagined the kitchen and then executed his idea. This involved taking out a wall and reconfiguring the doorway. He replaced the roof and the chimney. He replaced all the floors and the insulation underneath the house. He replaced the two full bathrooms and the half-bath. He painted the exterior and the interior. He replaced the exterior door and all the interior doors and the windows. He replaced the deck and built a new fence around the back yard.
