"I interviewed several contractors for my addition and addition and I chose Andrew because I felt like he was straightforward with the project and the risks that come with a remodel of an 80 year old house along with the primary suite addition. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours. Once we were out on contract, Andrew helped push permits through county and kept us informed on what we could expect for duration and timing of the project. Once the work began, Andrew and his right hand man Rod worked efficiently and coordinated the project beautifully to minimize the amount of time that we were displaced from our home. Thoughtful suggestions were made to deal with the numerous issues that come with renovating an 80 year old house and Andrew supported my questions on cost impact and the criticality of each change to keep me informed so that we could make decisions that we felt comfortable with. Andrew and his team of subcontractors were all very friendly and respectful of our family, never making myself, my wife, or 3 kids feel unsafe at any time. Even with the changes to the scope of work, Andrew and his team made good on the timeline of the project, completing everything in 3-4 months as promised when we started. The layout and design of the remodel and addition have surpassed our expectations, everything that we did has really made our home both more beautiful and more functional. I would highly recommend Treiber Building and have done so to several family members and colleagues at work. The experience was as positive as I couldâ ve hoped and the results are outstanding."

"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. "I had Okay Construction renovate my entire house, including the kitchen. They also changed the electrical panel, all floors, windows, and doors; built new stairs; and installed several skylights. They can do pretty much anything you ask. Bo is very easy to communicate and work with. We needed to move in from another state, and he made sure my second floor was ready when we needed to move by having many staff members work long hours and on weekends. They turned my old house into a beautiful, bright home. Bo can recommend where to look for renovation materials and where to get contractor pricing. We applied for permits for all major projects, and Bo took care of them for us. They also have a warranty, so if anything goes wrong, he'd be happy to come back and fix it. Bo keeps his promises and is very patient. One of our ovens wasn't working right out of the box, and he took it out and re-installed it (and the replacement) many times. He also has many good ideas for small touch-up project"
