As a text from them today requested, I called to reschedule a service call. The person who answered identified himself as the owner, and indicated he was “back” because he didn’t like the way the company was being run. Because I wanted my service to include a crawlspace inspection of the rodent traps that they put in - something that is part of the service they have always done — and that I pay for — said I was being too rigid and he didn’t want me as a customer.
