The crew are artists - creating curves around tree trunks and some planting beds, which require that each stone on the curve be cut, but the results are gorgeous. The walls to terrace the yard had to deal with a slope, so a "swoop" was constructed that draws your eye and keeps the wall at appropriate height. Steep front yard grass removed and garden soil installed in newly terraced areas. Really like the choice of pavers - including a dark gray border and dark capstones on walls. Work done ahead of schedule, all old concrete, timbers and bricks removed, no surprises, very nice people."

"French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"We requested a bid for our project on Thursday night. Ana came out Saturday to see the scope of what we needed. She had our bid to us within a couple of hours and it was almost exactly what we thought the job should cost. We hired her without even getting a 2nd bid. Her guys (3 of them) came out the following Friday, started before 8, and stayed until after 7. They worked their butts off! Our brick patio is PERFECT! We could not be more pleased! Honestly, we were in awe! Their service was awesome, the prices were very competitive, and the quality of their work is superb! We would hire them again in a heartbeat. "Stone and gravel patio well constructed including retaining wall. Paver patio well constructed. Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result."

They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. "A great experience replaced a decayed carport roof. They were honest as to what was needed. They identified possible related issues that I might need to consider, where for example, there was wood decay. They rebuilt a small 2nd-story deck and did a great job. They did excellent work, on time, and cleaned up and overall did a fantastic job. I then asked them about my neighbor's property, where the roof, gutters and yard all needed serious attention, as well as replacing two wooden garden gates. They completed all these projects in a day: a fantastic and multi-talented team!!! Great word."
