"My house was damaged by a water leak in the master bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaked from under the shower and the leak got to the downstairs family room. After getting my phone call, Andrea responded very quickly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The shower, the floor, and the ceiling must be opened, dried, and the mold treated for mitigation. Andrea and his team did a great job in that. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new countertops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor. For the family room, they had to repaint the ceiling and the result is great. I have no complaints. Everyone in his team is professional and I will not hesitate to hire them for another project."

"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. I was able to schedule the job next day. The Plumber was on time and only took him 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. Work was very well done and very happy with result. Cost - $1,339.00 + Tax."

He came out the next day and gave us a quote and didn't happen to have the parts on hand (we have an OLD house), but said he'd get back to us as soon as he could, even though he was fully booked for the week. "Vortex Plumbing did a great job! It was quite an extensive process. It takes days to re-pipe a whole house and I was expecting to be without running water for a few of those. Baldeep did his best to make our inconvenience as little as possible. He and his crew did as much preparation as possible and only had to turn off our water for about 3 hours during the whole process. they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.
