"We had used Secure to re-roof the rest of our roof about 10 years ago except for the new addition. We have never had any problem with the original re-roofing.
This time we wanted to have the addition roof repaired before we left for a 3-week vacation. Although they were scheduled tight they committed to completing the job before we left. It was a bit of a squeaker but with our firm encouragement they completed the job about 4 days before we had to leave.
Although the new roof has yet to be challenged by a good rain storm, I trust that it will perform as well as the original roof which they installed or if any issues develop, they will follow up and cure any problems.

"They arrived on time and asked for a tour and I went over which areas to skip and which areas I wanted focused on. They quickly spread out and began cleaning. Unfortunately after about 1.5 hours my water broke. I had them continue another hour or so letting them know they needed to wrap it up while I packed my bag and had my husband come home from work. When he arrived they had him sign that the work was complete and quickly disappeared. While circumstances were beyond their control I was hoping they would offer to come back and finish but this did not happen. They also left behind a dust pan and glass cleaner. I also found they had messed up the cables connected to the tv so the remote would not work. So overall the parts they cleaned were fine and circumstances made it impossible for them to finish the job.

"Idan put together a great design for us. The technicians who installed the system were personable, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Everything was on schedule and our system looks great and works beautifully!  After doing our research and checking with several other companies we were most impressed by Idan?s knowledge and engineering design and hence went with Green NRG.  These folk?s do it right!

"California Smartscape was professional and easy to work with, from Richard, who manages everything, to Nick, the talented designer to Leo, the job foreman.  When I wanted some minor changes...no problem.  When a few small plants died outside the warranty period, they were replaced, gratis.  My husband and I have been very happy with this company and will use their services in early 2016 to finish the back yard which will include installing turf and a fire pit as well as retaining walls.
My favorite part of the whole experience, however, was visiting the California Smartscape offices on Carroll Canyon Road.  There, they have several rooms and walls that feature rocks, plants, pavers, fire pits, etc. in a setting that allows the customer to see how parts of the finished project will look.  Richard and Nick were also able to show us how our house will look in a mock-up of the finished project on a TV monitor.
