Had communication problems nailing down an appointment for an estimate followed by the day of work to be done. A formal estimate arrived after the work had started and was higher than the verbal estimate, and when questioned he honored the original price. His handyman was friendly enough and knowledgeable but did a rather sloppy job with the grout and refused to do some touch ups that would have looked polished/finished, claiming they wouldn't have improved performance. He also left behind some equipment. They don't accept credit cards, which I hadn't noticed if it was part of their policy. Maybe I missed it. In all, difficulties with communications and not a professional finished job, in my opinion. Some rough edges that will need to be polished or redone at some point. Unfortunate. It's been difficult to find pros with license and insurance willing to this work."
