"Wow - punctual, courteous, professional, honest, and couldn't have asked for more.  First of all, a quick comment:  Most of the "A" rated services would not accept my business because I have pellet stove inserts.  I assume this is simply because the stove has to be pulled out and disconnected.  Metropolitan Chimney Masonry Service Inc. accepted immediately, and was very prompt and professional throughout. 
   Our rep showed up exactly on time, and explained everything that was to be done.  He was very careful while moving items around to gain access to the pellet stove, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  He was very pleasant to work with.
    Special note:  I was a bit worried, as I have never employed a chimney sweep before, and a neighbor said that she needed to have a lot of work done.  Since it's a bit like taking your car into the shop (your flux capacitor is shot), the average Joe doesn't really know what's really needed in the dark recesses of our chimneys.  I was both relieved and very impressed with his explanation that my chimney was in fact in "very good" shape, no special or significant repairs were needed, and it was not very dirty at all (pellets produce low ash, he explained).  The crown is a bit worn re the masonry, and he showed my a picture and explained what a new crown would do to prevent rain water from seeping into the bricks.  I never felt any pressure, and everything was explained thoroughly.
All in all, outstanding service from a company I trust, and I will definitely be a return customer.  Joe (the average Joe I mentioned earlier)!

"Frank was great to work with and for the most part everything went very well and my wife and I were very happy with the end results.
Things started off slightly bumpy because, unfortunately, Frank got sick the week we were supposed to begin the work so we had to push things off for a week. I totally understand that stuff like this happens so we just rolled with it. It was not such a huge deal except we had to coordinate with our dog sitter to shift things by a week. I think Frank gave us a little bit of a discount though because of the inconvenience so no harm done.
The first few days started with demoing our old bathroom entirely and building out the space into what was previously a small alcove in between our old bathroom and walk-in closet. We felt like it was wasted space that could be better used by the bathroom. This process was done very quick and professionally by Franks team headed by his foreman Renzo. We felt very comfortable working with his team because they were always very friendly and helped us to solve a few minor issues here and there (e.g. where to put light switches and electrical outlets)
Once the frame for the new bathroom was completed, they started to install the shower and lay down tile. Frank was nice enough to let us use some tile we had already purchased from Costco for the shower walls and bathroom floor. We picked out some other tile from the tile shop for the shower floor and decorative lining on the shower walls that Frank procured for us. All of this went very well and once the tile was in we were already immediately happy to see how nice it looked.
We had also pre-purchased a vanity from Costco as well that had a huge crack in the marble top that Frank pointed out to us when we un-boxed it. Frank was nice enough to delay until we could get a replacement delivered to us which took about two weeks.
While waiting on the new vanity, Frank's team started on replacing the entire upstairs carpeting. We had this really old 1980's baby blue color carpet that was pretty horrible and wearing down. We chose a very nice modern charcoal color instead. Frank had a different team of guys to do the carpet work and they were equally as nice. They were very careful when dismantling and moving any furniture in order to strip out and replace the carpet in each room. I was concerned with the furniture being moved and possibly damaged so Frank was nice enough to schedule the work on a Saturday and Sunday so I could be there to supervise and make sure everything went smoothly. As I said though, his men were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing so it wasn't really a problem. The carpet ended up looking and feeling great. 
Once the fixed vanity came in, Franks team did a very good job being careful getting it up the stairs even though it barely fit and was very heavy. I was very worried about it getting damaged going upstairs and his team were experts getting it safely into the new bathroom. The only complaint I had with the vanity installation was that the floor ended up not being level and therefore the vanity was also not 100% leveled. It was only slightly off though so it wasn't too much of a bother. The only way you can really tell is by looking at the vanity mirrors on the wall above it that are perfectly leveled. Regardless, the overall bathroom looked fantastic and we are very happy with it. 
I will attach pictures of the before and after of everything so you can see what a good job they did.
I would overall recommend Frank because he was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.

"Very pleased with Kevin's work. As well as the actual cleaning and sealing, he did a great job of explaining the process ad useful tips for maintaining our granite tops. Kevin was very professional and honest. He mentioned at the end of the work that he had found some cash on one of the vanity counter tops and wanted me to be sure everything was present and correct as he had had to move it for the cleaning and sealing process.

"Deck Cetera was only one of the 6 companies that contacted me for me to  get a quote from.  They were professional from the start.  Was quick with writing and emailing the details.  They seemingly had all their 'ducks in a row' for the most part. Once the project was started...I had to stay check on them and ultimately they DID DO WHAT OUR CONTRACT said and I am VERY happy about that. It just took more effort on my part to follow up on things to get to that end result.....more than I would have thought. But they DID go to the effort to make sure I was happy and to  do everything I asked. That is much more than most companies do. IT is a beautiful patio and my tenant is happy that we did that for her. Overall...I would give them a letter grade of B+ if there was one.  I will give them a bit ...so I gave them an A."

Beitzell Fence (BF)showed up on time, did a pretty efficient job installing the fence and departed. Today, due to no fault of inclement weather or natural disater, the fence is leaning in several areas and on the verge of falling. Several of the posts that were suppose to be set in dry concrete are leaning very badly. My investigation revealed that those post were never set in concrete. I contacted BF and informed them of the problem and was told that someone would investigate and get back to me. Several weeks and emails later, I was emailed a additional bill of 500 plus dollars to correct the problem.

For the record, I want to be fair to BF. I am outside of the warranty period and  I am not sure if BF is responsible. The problem that I am having is with communication. It is difficult to get anyone from BF to converse with you on the subject and find a mutually acceptable way to resolve the problem. Phone calls are not returned and emails are not answered. It is frustrating doing business in this manner!"
