"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! "Outstanding, professional crew. Previously did a 5-star basement finishing renovation for us which we reviewed on Angi in March 2021. This time we had wallpaper removal and interior painting done, all excellent. Jim did a kitchen gas stove and fridge repair for us. He repaired and replaced two lights and a room fan for us. Laundry room and second bathroom flooring was replaced and updated. Replaced a gutter downspout. Built two patio access stairs which was a big improvement.   This century home with one bathroom was extremely lacking in modern features with much wasted space. The plaster and lathe walls were removed as in they were damaged over 95 years and covered with a type of paneling to disguise the cracks. A new pre-hung bathroom door was installed and trimmed out.

   All the plumbing which had to be replaced and rerouted for the tub/shower, sink and toilet to new locations (hot and cold feed as well as drain for each). As with any century home, when you uncover and move things other issues arise. Structural issues were overcome reinforcing the floor and replacing the drain line/vent stack which was well beyond its usefull years.The years of knowledge M S Puskus has came in handy for solving issues as they came up.

    All new modern electrical wiring was installed by M S Puskus for overhead light/exhaust fan, sink vanity light and electrical plugs with proper vent to outside installed for exhaust fan installed. Also, a well as a new medicine cabinet was installed.

   New drywall was installed and finished on walls, all surfaces were professionally primed and painted my M S Puskus.

    New modern laminate flooring was installed, after recommendations by M S Puskus based on usage, durability and cost. Am very happy with this flooring, and at least three people have seen the finished floor and are in the process of giving their bathrooms a simple makeover with this flooring.

     New toilet, sink vanity and bathtub/shower were installed. Again, M S Puskus installed all fixtures with great knowledge and ability.

     Finally the construction of two floor to ceiling linen cabinets were made on site. These were designed to replicate the sink vanity wood work down to the smallest detail, including the doors and trim matching the doors, drawers and trim looking exactly like they came from the factory. The color of the paint was even perfectly matched and finished expertly by M S Puskus.

     I am very pleased with the final product. A beautiful showroom quality bathroom with fantastic functionality and design. Will be having M S Puskus back for the next remodel job I need for sure!

"By far the best experience I have had. I needed my whole kitchen rewired, after Alan viewed the problem he would not let me wait the 2 weeks I was planning. The situation was that dangerous. Alan took time away from his weakend and worked on it all day Saturday and Sunday. It was shocking to find someone who cared so much about the safety of someone he did not even know. The job was so well done I asked Alan to do all.my cabinet work, by the time I got back from work the job was completed beautifully and the kitchen was cleaner then when I left it. It's rare to find someone who cares about his craft so much, is honest and fair and reliable. I would recommend Alan for any home improvement need you have. You will never use anyone else."
