"Mr. Brown, was professional, examined problem, maded recommendations, I selected what I wanted, and also warrantee plan, he put in a new opener, in one hour, was extremely quick, knows his profession, friendly, nice, well mannered, easy to be with, had everything done, paperwork signed, any problems give him a call, and he will fix it, gave me a 3rd fob garage-door opener free .... he was very likable, and very handsome ... he showed me where old garage door opener was not working, and explored that area with the garage door down for very close inspection togetherwas the best ... beautiful new opener and man ... would like to have him back and do him a turn."

"The installation was a replacement garage door opener with battery backup. I called one day and had an appointment the very next day. The technician they sent (Jonathan) did an excellent job. The new garage door opener is much quieter and smoother than the old one, and not to mention the piece of mind if the power goes out. Jonathan also was very helpful in explaining operation and providing advice on lubrication."
