Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

He was running a little late once, called 1/2 hour before he was due to let us know he'd be 15 minutes late, and arrived when he said he would. Extremely pleasant to deal with and a very reasonable price. We get our carpets cleaned regularly because of 2 dogs and Jay is by far the best of the 3 services we've used.
