Everyone was knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Once installation was completed Israel very patiently explained how to operate the system. "Absolutely fantastic job with our installation. Mike responded quickly. Met me at my house to review our yard and situation. Provided a written estimate within minutes and delivered when we asked!! The team of 4 who did the installation were extremely professional, quick and left the yard in great shape. After 4 weeks, the lawn looks fantastic and new grass has grown in the trenched areas beautifully. I can't recommend NJ Irrigation enough for installation services. Sadly, as the weather cools, I'm about to call them to close it down for the season - but I'll be ready next year to ensure our lawn remains the talk of the neighborhood thanks to Mike and NJ Irrigation!!"

"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I got a Great Company who Fixed All of my Problems and the customer service is Fantastic (Water Workz) The Best around.. Good Luck Drew Harp.. "

"Horrible service and totally incapable. Could not even make it out to my property to do lighting, irrigation they kept coming up with excuses and cancelling. I have never seen a company this bad with service and responsiveness. They were fired before they started. Buyer BEWARE!"

"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"I signed a $3,500 annual contract with SavATree in Lincoln to keep my lawn healthy and rich. They did the exact opposite. My lawn turned into a sand pit full of weeds. Their treatment cards said the lawn was ?great,? but it was clear there were major issues. When I reached out, I was told there was a fungus and that fixing it would cost extra, even though I was already paying thousands for a full-service lawn treatment program. It got so bad that I had to hire another landscaper to reseed and fertilize just to undo the damage. SavATree then came and dumped more fertilizer on top, completely over-treating the lawn. When I asked why they would knowingly do that, I was told they were just following the plan for the year, even if it was harmful. I hired them to take better care of my lawn. Instead, they made it worse and cost me even more money to fix. Stay away if you care about your lawn."
